I totally agree on spending energy wisely. I've been doing in for 2-3 years now and it really helped me calm down. For me it's about selecting what's good for me and what's not. Just like eating, we will not enjoy it if we don't like it :)

    That's a really good point!! We need to be more mindful about spending it in worthwhile areas and people.
