Self reflection keeps me going. It's my checkpoint to see how I've been, where I'm at and how I'm going to get to my goals. Sometimes I'd just stay in the present moment and that's also enough for me. That's also reflection for me. Thank you for this great post @yoitsjojo

It's really awesome to see people have a positive outlook when it comes to self-reflection.
I agree with you on staying in the present moment.
