Yesterday I shared my sundayvideo and blog post with you. The topic: Discrimination and how I managed to banish them from my life..
Today I go to the comment by @ dawid81. Dawid is new here and looks forward to your visit, I am sure!. ;)

hello tatjana,
a really beautiful and courageous article you wrote there, thank you very much.
As a social worker, working with people with disabilities [my translation], I see how people are disciminated against and still discover their own possibilities. your knowledge of being able to go your own ways in order to strengthen oneself is enviable and deserves to be furthered.
As you write so beautifully we are all different, everyone must discover this for themselves. the art is then the implementation. from my own life I know the struggle of achieving goals. failure also plays a big role. because you have to deal with it.
but there comes my question: is it self-discrimination when one dreams / wishes of goals but does nothing to reach them because one does not believe in its success from the beginning?

Why do not I believe in myself?

Dear @dawid81, you've got it. Even if we dream of a better life, or better, want a better life, we often do not believe that we can achieve our goals. I felt the same way a few months ago. Until I really began to learn about the nature and psychology of human kind and how to overcome up my own blockages bit by bit.
In this post I want to share my findings with you and the world. Thank you for your question.
Your question:: ** it self-discrimination when one dreams / wishes of goals but does nothing to reach them because one does not believe in its success from the beginning?** I answer with YES!
Really, the answer is already hidden in the question. Here's what I mean: you write

[...] if you have dreams / wishes of goals [...]

This shows me that you cannot just target your goal, like an archer who points his arrow at the target and shoots. Your goals are more desires and dreams, not firm and tangible and therefore not feasible.
It was the same way for me just recently. I was a dreamer, with her head in the clouds. Because dreams are not as concrete as goals and therefore not so vulnerable. They are softer and changeable and it is easier to dream a dream further than to postpone a real goal to tomorrow.
Do you know why I was such a dreamer? - My own will was broken as a child.
When I showed what I wanted adults said, "... difficult child, one with character." Character meant I was loud and difficult to deal with and my will was nonsense. I was offended by this sentence. Because it was always accompanied by a pejorative gesture and rather mumbled. Mostly my uncle said that to another adults and pointed his finger at me. I always felt like a criminal. Of course, I did not want to be a criminal, I wanted people around me to love me.
My stepfather often got to hear as a child: **The will of a child is worthless dirt! **. This brings the devaluation of your own will in the childhood even better to the point.
In short, we have all become good children, with no willpower and today we still are. We have lost our will and the ability to set goals and to believe in those goals.

How do I successfully implement my goals?

It does not have to stay that way! I always say: As long as you are not dead, you can still change everything, and we are all alive here. :)
I recommend the following things to do to get back on one's own will and to believe in one's own goals.

  1. Be impulsive. Do whatever comes to your mind. Let reason go on vacation.
  2. Remember your childhood wishes and fulfill them. This way you get closer to yourself and not only gain clarity, but also have a lot of fun.
  3. Say: I want ...! Not I would like to.
  4. Learn something new! Learn things that you think I'll never learn! I tell you, this is the real deal. It really helped me to do things that I was underastimed in. I learned swimming with a friend because I did not want a swimming club. I lost 11 kilos in the last 4 months. For a short time I thought I would not let go of my overweight and then I proved myself wrong and now I am my own superhero. You can do that too!
Become your own superhero and you can reach any goal!

What do you think? Has the way to the goal now become clearer? Leave me a comment!

It's easier to raise a 'well-behaved' child who always does what they're told but then that same child has to struggle to learn to speak up and do what they want as an adult. For those of us who learned to doubt ourselves as children it's hard to be so direct about what we want and just go for it but it's worth it. 👍

Unquie type post its a get awsome felling thanks for this type post sharing with us
