China has a population of 1billion and 300million.In China Canton, There are 100million people there. Cantonese has a important traditional. This is what Morning Tea(喝早茶).The habit can trace back to Qing Dynasty which is about 300 years ago.
Once upon a time,the restaurant do business at 4:00am.But morden times,because of busy work,people can go to teahouse only at weedend.One family go to the teahouse.Place an order,include chinese pastry and western style pastry.The important is to make a pot of good tea.
