Hopkinton State Park hiking 国家公园半日休闲游

We went to Hopkinton State park for hiking this afternoon. It's about 30mins ride from where we live. Weather was really nice, around 85F, sunny, not very hot. The water was pretty warm, it was a good day for kayaking. There were many people swimming in the pond too or resting in the hammock. It was very quiet in the woods, very peacefully and tranquil. Sometimes you heard kids screaming out of excitement on the water, it reminds you the reality out there.

今天下午去了Hopkinton 国家公园爬山。 那里离家大概30 分钟的路程。 天气非常晴朗，温度在85 华氏度左右，不热，非常舒服。 水温也适合，是玩水的好日子。很多人在水里游泳，还有的甚至挂起吊床躺在什么休息。 树林里非常安静。很祥和。 如果不是偶尔传来小孩兴奋的尖叫声，真的觉得在世外桃源。

We didn't plan to go hiking today. We were about to go to a local farm market referencing to online info. But it turned out the market was closed, and thus the google map came to use, we googled local park near us and found this one. This was first time we were there.

我们原本没打算爬山的。 我们早上上网查了一下准备去一个当地的农场市场走走，结果竟然没开，所以就导航查了附近的公园就找到这里了。 之前没来过。

We went into the wood and walked along the bank of the pond. There was a lot exposed root of the trees on the ground. As I didn't wear the right shoe for hiking, it was not always fun to walk on this type of road. At one point, I almost got my arch hurt. Luckily it was a short pain only and not real tear.

我们沿着河的两边走。 路上有很多数木的跟颈外露着，走在这种小路上没穿对鞋可不是很舒服的。 我都差点把足弓给扭伤了。还好没有大碍。

As it rained in the past couple days, I saw a lot wild mushrooms. Dare not to touch them though as am not sure if they are poisonous or not.

这两天刚下过雨，林子里长了好多的野生菌。担心有毒，不敢去摘。

Worth mentioning that we ran into a guy who was nailing and building a wooden bridge. Really appreciate his kindness and work.

值得一提的是，我们在林子里遇到一位在义务建木桥的大哥。真为他的义举点赞！
