My partner and I dressed as The Maitlands from Beetlejuice for Halloween!
I made the masks from scratch, check it out!
I made the frames with a wire hanger, cardboard, and lots of masking tape.
Then I made some paper mache clay out of regular printer paper, flour, and water and channeled my inner Michelangelo...
Now time for paint!
Added some details like blacking out the eyes, adding a tongue molded from a sock filled with cotton balls, and ping pong eyeballs...
The finished product was a hit! It was very fun and engaging. I wonder what we will be next year!
