Hlo Guys, After long time Today I am going to tell you something about health and how to maintain it. First of all I'll tell you What is heath?
Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. A person must be healthy physically as well as mentally. If a person is physically healthy but he is mentally disturbed, his mental disturbance affects his physical fitness or vice versa. Physical fitness is when a person is good at his shape, structure etc and a person is mentally fit means that he is good at his behaviour towards others , he is able to control his anger, his emotions, he is social friendly. He loves to talk with others etc. Now I'll tell you how to maintain it:

  • We need to do exercises daily.

  • We must eat healthy food.

  • We must ignore fast food.

  • Eat fruits and hygienic food.

  • Play sports anytime.

  • Go to gym everyday.

  • We must go for monthly check ups.

  • A person must be friendly to others.

  • Don't make yourself alone.

  • Always talk to others.

  • Never make depressions to control your mind.

These are some steps we must follow, to be healthy. So, be fit and healthy.
