No one is lagging behind in the advancement of technology. Now it can be said that the children are moving from the mother's arms to smart devices. Even when studying in elementary school, many children are now using their own smartphones. But for many reasons many are worried about the age at which children should be allowed to use their own smart phones or mobile phones.
There is a good side of the technology, and there are bad aspects too. As well as knowing or learning various information online through smartphones, many are becoming addicted to gaming or social media. Some people are again being victim of cyber crime. So many people want to know exactly how to use their own smartphones at any age.
In reality, there is no age specific for smartphone use. Decisions from the family can be decided depending on the child's maturity or development. Some children's intelligence or knowledge grows faster, while others do not get enough maturity by going to the media. So do not worry if your child has been able to handle important tasks such as using a smartphone.
Before handing over the child to the smartphone use, a few things should be known:
How to use the smartphone?
Its importance depends on how your child will use the smartphone. If he uses it for communication or learning from online. But if he is mostly playing with a game or social media site then it will be worse than the benefit.
How aware about online security?
Find out how conscious your child is about how to control yourself in Internet security and social media. Then decide how smart it is for the smartphone.
How much time will you spend?
Your child's physical and psychological issues are involved in the use of smartphone. More often smartphones may be used to cause damage. So it is OK to use the smartphone depending on his age and emotional development.
But in special cases, for example, if the child is not have a parent to him/her, then security can be allowed to use the smartphone.
Make sure to use smartphones safety. Surveillance or control what your child is doing on a smartphone. Using the phone and WiFi parental control settings, prevent them from using some sites and apps that are not suitable for them.

I dont think children should have smart phones, I dont even think most people should have smart phones. The more we connect to the net the less human interactions we are having, ive seen so much change in the world since people have been carrying computers in their pockets. I see advantages, but it mostly sickens me how much people have them glued to their faces.
