An army of sheep led by a lion will always defeat an army of lions led by a sheep.
I agree, We were all created to be leaders but every one is a leader in their area of function. for leadership begins with self discovery.
We cannot lead others if we don't know who we are ( Believe system, value, and our morals ), what we possess (gifts from God) and where we are going ( our destiny )
