Personal Hygiene Basics

Since common sense isn't common to all, let me just do a write up on this. God made humans with a shower in mind, that's why the water makes up the largest component on earth. We sweat from God knows how many outlets, it's not good for you to go a day without hitting the bathroom, for some of us twice especially if you a have a work out routine. Please do not put us through the trouble of having to close our nostrils every time you make a step in our direction. The same goes for brushing your teeth, twice a day.

Now, I know we all love different scents, but a very strong perfume calls for unnecessary attention and most likely signals that it's one of the cheap ones in the market. If you have to smell nice, please shop around for scents that are mild especially if you happen to interact with people on a daily basis. You'd rather use a deodorant and do away with the perfume if you can't afford a nice one.

Ladies and gentlemen, please cut your nails to a length you can manage and keep them clean. Dirty and long nails are not attractive. Especially if you're handling food of any type, even the one that goes into your mouth. You really don't have to spend an arm and a leg for manicures and pedicures, but it won't cost you a dime if you owned a nail cutter and actually make use of it.

When it comes to hair, different strokes for different folks. Bottom line is, you have to keep it clean. Buy a shampoo or visit your barber and salon more frequently. Have a budget and know what suits your head. A woman's hair is her crown, it also brings out her beauty, only if it's well managed. A good hair cut also makes a man look sharp.
