Some people say, "don't complain about things you can't change" This is very true. I can't change the fact that my nose is a little longer than the next guy so I'm going to have to deal with that. I can control the color of my hair, however I can't change the size of my nose. I have tried that so many times in the past and I still have that little voice inside saying "oh yeah, I wish they were bigger." We just happen to be born with a nose that works for some people while we have a nose that doesn't quite work for others. It's just life.

The same can be said for things that you can't change like your height or the shape of your body. If someone else made that comment to you, "You're too tall," "You're too round," "You have those freckles on your face" or whatever; would you seriously tell them "I don't care"? You'd think after all the years of being told those kinds of things that someone would know better, right? So, why do it?
Why do you even complain? It seems like it should be something you did to yourself right? That why it's so hard when you get older to just go into denial about everything and try to mask it away.
There's nothing wrong with that except that it keeps you from doing what needs to be done to fix whatever it is that's wrong. If it was up to me; I would start an exercise program to help lose weight and shape up. I would go on a healthy diet and take supplements. And I would NOT complain. I don't have any excuses now because I have lost all that weight and shape I wanted and I am going to keep it off.
Its human nature to complain but it's not always helpful. The more you complain; the less motivated you are to actually do anything about it. I've done it all my life and I regret it. People complain all the time about things they have no control over; like me for instance.
Well, why do people do that? I suppose it is because they don't like what they have? Its human nature to blame others for things that you have no control over. Like me; I thought it was my weight that was making me miserable; until I started eating right and exercising.
Now, I'm happy and slim; just like you. And I don't have to worry about ever feeling bad again. Its great to see people change for the better even if you can't change for the better. So stop blaming others for things that you have absolutely no control over. It's hard to do.
Complaining takes your happiness away from you. Its never a good thing to add to your negativity in this life. Happiness comes with success and happiness will only come when you feel good about yourself. If you don't feel good about yourself, you can't succeed. So be happy to go and live your life!
One of the worst things that you can do is complain. You should be happy and look forward to life instead of always being sorry for what's wrong in your life. Life is like an echo; it repeats its lessons so let it take you to the highest level. So don't complain about anything. If you really want to be successful then learn to forgive and love.
Are you still worried about the past or future? Do you wish you had done it or say it differently? Don't. The past has happened; it's over. The future is coming; it'll be wonderful.
If you have any regrets at all, it's too bad. If you only wish things were different you would think differently. Everyone makes mistakes. Some people learn from their mistakes and some people continue to live with the mistake. What you should be thinking is that you are an individual and that no one else can change who you are. That's why people who complain the most often end up being the most fulfilled individuals.
