Ignorance is Toxic
People that are ignorant (in darkness) are toxic. What they don't know can be produced as power to those who take advantage of them like lawyers or people who have the knowledge, will use it against them. In Hosea, speaks about rejecting knowledge and how they destroy themselves by lacking knowledge. Since, they have rejected knowledge, God does not want the ignorant people to represent Him, and He will also reject their children. Reject means not to use. The less knowledge (light in the Hebrew concept) we have about God, He will use us less. God uses us because we are prepared. He will not give authority and power to those that do not know Him (Jesus). Satan is the prince of ignorance (darkness in the Hebrew concept). The snake's venom will poison our minds and thoughts with unawareness and to be clueless. He paralyzes us, so we cannot see who we really are, in Christ Jesus.
