Discussing pride can be delicate since many of us are unwilling to accept its impact on our lives. We generally focus on giving constructive feedback to confident people, making it hard to consider that we may also have confident traits.

Would like to discuss and define pride together. A prevalent, sometimes exaggerated view of one's worth that may overshadow others. High self-confidence in one's abilities and knowledge. Thus, the confident person is convinced of their viewpoint and feels motivated to persuade others.

In our belief system, conviction strength affects pride. As a cognitive product, this sensation of pride is subtle, making it hard to discern in our immediate environment. Recognising our shared humanity, abilities, and growth areas and allowing ourselves to appreciate them can help us develop humility and self-love. Let us investigate the idea that pride may signal a lack of affection and rejection. We responded since this difficult scenario has caused us hardship.

Another way to overcome pride is to look at proud people and see their fragile inner child, who may fear rejection and not being loved. Expanding our empathy for others will help us do the same for ourselves.
