Who does not want to go to the beach? I think no one say "no". For me, I love to go to the beach during my vacation. This can make me have good health both in body and mind.
I think there are many benefits if you go to the beach.... Following are those good things that I can think at the moment! ;))
Good activities - swimming, snorkeling, windsurfing, playing football or volleyball on the beach, etc.
Good foods – a lot of seafood will be served for you freshly directly from the sea!
Good exercise - You may not intend to exercise, but while you walk among the nice atmosphere and tranquility on the white sand beach, especially with barefoot, you will feel relaxed from head to toe and have good exercise as well.
Good relaxing - When you sit down and watch the sunset at the beach, you will feel calm and relaxed. I especially love to see the big sun over the sea. It is really beautiful scenery.
Breathing fresh and salty air from the sea can make you feel pleasant. And your stress can be released as well….
When you travel to the beach, you will have fun and that can make you smile and laugh a lot. You will be happy and forget any troubles in your life, for sure.
For me, apart from the above benefits, I personally love to go to the beach because it can bring me back to nature!

Sounds fun, @tangmo! I also don't know anyone who would say 'no' to the beach. And you are absolutely right about the wonderful benefits of going to the beach. When I was younger, I had difficulty with my breathing because my lungs weren't fully matured when I was born. My mom and dad brought me to the seaside every single morning. They would drive 1 hour everyday so I get my fill of the fresh salty air; they did that until I was 2 years old. Must be the reason why I love the beach so much. Thank you for sharing this, my dear friend. It's been awhile since I've been to the beach. This should get me through until Summer. 😘

The beach is so different from other parts of nature. That salt air is so special! The rocks off-shore look a lot like some rocks on our Oregon coast. But your ocean is a lot warmer, I think -- and it looks a lot more calm, too! I like seafood, for sure! And looking for rocks and shells along the beach, too! A day at the beach is a great day! I hope you get to enjoy many of them!

Oh yes my friend@tangmo this post about going to the beach makes me really happy and especially when it looks like southern Thailand. It is winter here in the Pacific NW, USA and I crave for warmer weather and salt water. I did go to the beach last week and it was nice and not tropical.
