Coincidentally, I just met someone today who came from Caracas, a rather cold part of the country (venezuela) to the east coast (Cumaná), some 40 years ago.
She said she was enamored of the flat sunny town. Now she wants to go back to the hilly and fresh capital because this eastern sun is just too hot for her now.
I'm ok with this sunny weather. My roof has holes, so I'm ok with no rain :)
