I recycle a huge amount of work each week. When they don't put their name on it, it goes straight in the bin. They then have to redo the assignment. They know that and accept it because we constantly discuss accountability and responsibility. I teach 2nd grade. Teaching values and keeping a sense of humor helps my class run smoothly; as well as working on grading and planning 7 days a week most weeks of the school year.
