i think I went to bed around 1am, few drinks and some iPlayer to bring in the new year and then I was out, plenty of sleep, woke and threw on the second episode of season four of black mirror this morning, a full on episode about a girl who was injected as part of some trials when she was a child by her mother and is fully ‘trackable’ and ‘watchable’ from an iPad that her mother has — a full on potentially dystopian version of growing up.

Start of the year and I’ve pull down another power down today for in a few hours time, steem it up and holding over $3 which is awesome and believe it or not SBD is still high up at $8.24 I’ve been kinda surprised by that, can that continue through the year? I feel like it’s gonna drop sooner or later. It has too right? - overall we have a $13k bitcoin day, ripple is still high at $2 ish which I’m totally surprised about, feel like I’m gonna hang onto that for the whole of the year and then cash out this time next year on that one.

Apart from big monthly bill at the end of this week I can feel the renewed energy of a fresh year, it’s quiet out this morning, I’m sure people are still in bed or slowly coming around to the usual New Years day wake of the night before, for me it’s an overwhelming sense of purpose, maybe it’s because I’m right in the energy wake of my birth month or something - I don’t know why but these first few weeks of a new year are the best for me, I’m always focused and determined and have extreme clarity.

I’ve got a stack of profile work on my plate with @bansko, @cinemagraph, @eresidency, @everydaycarry, @nomadpictures, @teamaudio, @teamvideo, @vlogging channels to bring online and revisit original projects like @texttosteem — we have a whole new near daily (hope to be daily) video coming out as well which I’ll tell you all about once the channel is registered, kinda pumped for that as it helps our daily intentions (we think it’s a pretty creative idea and I know you will love it!) — dayle is gonna have a shot at a logo for it this week I’m hoping.

Ok, I gotta jump into some client work now for buffering up some graphics and video and then I can start on the profile work for those accounts above, after that I want to remake some new graphics and at lunchtime take a walk out to take some photos and record some little clips as a bit of a preview, we really need to find a decent piece of green material or fabric, something that can be rolled up and carried would be perfect, need to get on the case with that and find something quick.

Right, time for the pots. Hope your start of the month is being kind to you and that you are full of positive intention and ready to rock another chance at life with this new year, I’m out of survival mode and into getting the most out of each day it feels right now, kinda stoked about that — maybe I’m just on the high of that fresh year energy but I’ll take it! :)
