Among drug addicts there is a lot of brilliant minds from the world of science and technology which are their addiction admitted publicly.

They were geniuses and they used drugs, mainly the infamous LSD. One among them Nobel laureate was asked whether he believed to be able to reach their discoveries without that hallucinogens. 'I do not know. I doubt. I seriously doubt, "he said.

Today I bring you something completely different - a story of drugs that have had a positive impact on the geniuses and the things without which life today would not have been imaginable.

Enjoying in drugs is often associated with rock stars, actors, singers or troubled and unstable people. But among drug addicts is a lot of brilliant minds from the world of science and technology who are there admitted his addiction and public.

Astrophysicist Carl Sagan secretly enjoyed the 'grass', as it became known only on after his death. And co-founder of Apple, Steve Jobs, has mentioned that he took LSD several times.

A former employee of Cisco, Kevin Herbert said that taking drugs such as LSD can be an effective tool in solving problems.

Jobs admitted that during the period from 1972 to 1974 LSD took ten to fifteen times.
I have no words to describe that he had an effect on me, although I can say that this experience changed my life and I am glad that I have experienced, "he said.

Bill Gates

Microsoft founder also used drugs. He directly confessed to taking LSD. He added however that the young mind can deal with things like that, but at this age, it could not.

Edison was allegedly on cocaine, and his name is often mentioned in the context of sleep, because he slept only four hours a day. Some relate that it had to do with his love of Vin Mariania, wine mixed with cocaine.

And the father of psychoanalysis allegedly enjoyed in cocaine. Freud used cocaine to cure friends dependent on morphine. Freud allegedly taking large amounts of cocaine to address their physical and mental anguish.

The famous English microbiologist and associate the discovery of the molecular structure of DNA in 1953, experimented with LSD. Just at the time when he worked on the groundbreaking discovery by James Watson, he used the said drugs.

Namely long time already tested, especially in recent years, the association of intelligence with the habits of use of certain drugs, including legal ones, alcohol and cigarettes. The interpretations are varied, but it is certain that the harm, but also the possible beneficial effects, have lots of supporters.

If you take look at the list of these geniuses (which is By the way much longer, these are just some of the better known) and their statements, it could be concluded that does not do drugs just slackers and that in some cases LSD will would cause the urge to jump from the tenth floor in order to check if you can fly.
