Missing Male Worker
Since the mid-1990s the male portion of the workforce has been diluted year after year. Today we have fewer than 50% of men between the ages of 25 and 55 working and it’s not by choice. Many men who are still working have been banished to a manual labor job even if they are highly qualified. When I started in the Oil and Gas Exploration Industry, you would not see more than ten females during an entire convention. Now days, Women dominate the industry and seem to hire strictly females when moved to a position of power.
I was around to watch this transfer of power and understand just how it occurred. Big movers and shakers in the industry decided to use their money and power in the 1990s and early 2000s to entice pretty females into their offices with the end goal of “hooking up”. All of the sudden around 1999 every top executive had a gorgeous female assistant at his beacon call and continued to hire and use his power to surround himself with the women he wish he had been able to get with when he was younger and less successful.
At first it seemed like the perfect plan. He was making big money, highly successful and all the sudden had all the women surrounding him that he could have dreamed of. Well, as we see this little plan ended up backfiring and slowly but surely the women moved up the ladder, willing to work for less in many cases and not interested in the office relationship with someone who was a big looser in high school.
Once these females moved into positions of power they were quick to bring on other women and train them and slowly took over most of the professional positions. When attending any Oil and Gas Convention these days you will see that over half of the Managers are now women only a few years later.
As a matter of fact, men who obtain these positions of power are still making these same decisions for the same reason which is putting more and more men out of the professional work force even 15 plus years later. They have slowly been replaced with female Managers who are more likely to think with their minds and consider the long term ramifications of their decision.
Since the men could only think with their D!(Ks, more and more men will be replaced by a female counterpart as time goes on. As a result, this has been one of the biggest reasons for the increasing divorce rate and has put many men in charge of running the family and raising the children.
To alginate the fact, women are not pleased with the men in this role and tend to resent them if they are not able to pay the bills for the family even though we now have twice as many people seeking the same number of jobs if not less.
This has been one of the largest contributors to the breakup of the family. A woman hiring only women after they have worked their way up the ladder is a problem no one foresaw and is growing in size. It has ruined the family unit and will become a larger problem as time goes forward. The big looser are the kids in America. Moms at work, and dads unemployed.

I'm not sure how I feel about this. All men know that we use only 50% of or brains and the other 50% is in our lower body. But... I don't wanna say it like "You are lying" please don't get me wrong... It's just that is hard to believe this without the typical link where you can see studies and evidence of this happening. Can you tell me more about your personal experience?
