This man (Mohamed Bzeek) is here for a reason. I believe some people have such a unique set of skills that they're almost perfectly tailored to being or doing something special.
There aren't many people in the world that are willing to take care of terminally ill children and watch them die in front of you, so it's like he was destined to care for these kids. The world brought them together.
An unwanted, innocent and sick children were brought in this world, everyone gave up on them even their parents, the only compassion and love they'll ever get before leaving this life is from this kind man.
