Recently I was in an audience of the National Speakers Association for their annual convention and it was held in Dallas, Texas this year. One of the speakers was Gary Kelly, the CEO of Southwest Airlines. In that presentation he gave me $100!

I’d like to think it was because I’m such a die-hard fan of Southwest Airlines but he gave a coupon for $100 to everyone there. This was amazing!

In this video I talk about the lessons learned that you can apply to your own business and life. These ideas can help set you apart from others. I love the way that Southwest Airlines focuses on their customers and creates a fun experience.

It always feels great when a business you love gives you a gift or some kind of benefit. This is why i love amazon!

I don't get why you didn't re book with them and just leave a day or two later? If you booked your flights separate from each other, than this is a scenario that is possible and really how are they liable for it?
