Are you a now sweet and kind, next evil and callous human? Or you are just an individual with a switch button, that when the switch is flipped, you have your other being come to life.

It doesn't really matter who you preferred to be or the alternate being you often switch to, because eventually you will have to face yourself one time or another; so to say, people like this do not always think about how they can hurt and exploit others when in their switch mood.

Likened to manic depressions, this period of switching always have impact on people around them either for good or bad. They are same soul living poles apart!. Whether this habit is intentional or involuntary, we do not know. But generally speaking, people happened to love the sweet sides and not the evil sides of individuals except some strange ones.

It is acceptable when life events can be a major cause of this, everyone born of woman have be beaten down by the very reasons we want to all exists. Bottom-line is, how do you deal or relate with people around you when you are in your alternate mode?

Remember, double edged Knives can hurt anytime without warning, so is anyone that switch modes whether bipolar or not. So the best way to react to them in a way that could help them is by:

• Listen to them.

• Don't ignore them, after-all some are your friends or colleagues.

• Take them out if possible, though there is high possibility to get a No.

• Advice could help.

• If they are suicidal, then a medical or professional help is mandatory.
