A special gratitude blog post today combining my thoughts with the most recent full moon.
I definitely felt the energy levels on the rise. As an empath, I've noticed that the vibrations I get from people start to peak a couple of days before the full moon and it drops off suddenly the second day afterwards. I can actually sense the moods intensify and become a little agitated for no reason other than it's that time of the month. It's no coincidence that the word "lunatic" is derived from the Latin word for moon.
Luckily, this full moon phase was a bit benign. I felt the shift and was able to protect my own energy from any negativity and quite enjoyed the manic vibes. At the same time people can seem a bit more intense but can also be quite exuberant and this can be quite contagious as well.
There is still one day left for the extreme vibrations to affect but with forewarning, you still have time to prepare yourself and maybe even observe to see if you notice the difference in mood. Just a thought.

I've always been super sensitive to people's moods. It's actually a good thing because if the moon is involved then I know it's just temporary and I can lay low until it passes.

I know what you mean. We put so much effort into creating posts that we forget to visit and look for each other's posts. They really need a chat room on here. I'm not a fan of discord channels. It's difficult to figure out for me.
