Mind Monday | Burger, Beetle, & Bullet

I took this cool photo of a bullet strike of a window in a dentist office. Apparently this particular dentists office has bulletproof glass windows? I’m not really sure, but I thought it looked cool!

Work today was pleasant, easy, and quick. I was up in the nearby rural town that I like to visit. Everything there is so much more laid back and friendly, and everything is close by so there’s not a lot of wandering back and forth.

I also caught some traffic going through the downtown area, so I was able to snap a picture of the bell tower of the old Catholic Church there.

There’s also this overly patriotic wall I pass by every time I’m up there that makes me kind of laugh every time I see it. It’s like an enthusiastic USA! USA! USA! chant from a political rally or something, lol.

After work, I spotted this cute yellow beetle in a parking lot. It wasn’t in the best condition, and it was missing its front passengers seat, but the bright color was cheerful and a testiment to the spirit of the car.

After that, I had this delicious burger from the Habit. I’ve heard good things about their burgers, but never had one before. It was easily one of the best I’ve ever had!

I also got these tempura batter green bean fries that were equally delicious! The beans were hot and juicy, and the batter had just enough seasoning to expertly being out the best flavors. They were also good dipped in ranch dressing 😋
