The new apartment doesn’t have an in unit washer and dryer, which is a huge tragedy! The old place had a washer and dryer and I’m already missing it... It’s like they always say, you don’t know what you have until it’s gone!
At least the apartment complex has an on site laundry room, so it’s not a total disappointment. Still, they nickel and dime you and you have to put laundry tokens in the machines.
And it’s not like you can just buy the tokens there in the room, they just assume and expect you to have them on hand! So that means I’m gonna need to start asking for change on the freeway off ramp or figure something else out for next time. Thankfully I was able to find some in my car but that supply isn’t going to last for very much longer!
Maybe if I keep my eyes on the ground this next week I might find enough coins for the next load of laundry...
