Settling Sunday | Finished Moving, New Water Filter, In N Out Double Double

Yeah, I got a new water filter thing today, and it’s pretty exciting to me! The new apartment has gross tap water, and I don’t really like buying bottled water all the time or lugging those big five gallon jugs around, especially with an upstairs apartment like this.

Everything is pretty much moved over here from the old apartment so now it’s just time to get everything situated and settled in. As I was bringing the last car load over here, I really started to notice how much closer I will be living to so much. The old apartment complex was nice, but it was kind of out of the way. Now I’m in a much more central location of the city and there’s an In N Out that’s like 2 minute away.

Sorry for the bad picture, but I was so starving I started devouring my double double protein style with grilled and raw onions as soon as I got back home. The raw onions, though delicious, were probably not the best idea but I enjoyed it all the same.

Hopefully tomorrow I can get some real groceries so I can start cooking again, it’s the new year and I’d like to get back to “healthier” eating.
