I'm terrible too. Even though I know the right things. I'm not good at sticking too them. :-)

Before bedtime I never drink citrus juices, I do not eat processed foods (salami, sausages, etc.) or fried potatoes because it affects sleep. I prefer to drink a cup of milk because it helps me sleep well

Yes dairy foods work well for a lot of people. If you are one of the ones it works for then go for it!

Hey, thanks for this. Personally the only thing from those mentioned that I do before sleep is wine or beer though not every day, but like two or three days/week - not to much though - two glasses of wine or one beer and I'm set for a good sleep :)

I agree! Beer before sleep.. only one or two, and you will have an amazing night

People are different and you might find some things work for you that don't work for others. I love hearing about what works for different people though.

I personally love to eat cottage cheese before bed because it is low in carbohydrates and rich in casein protein which our body digests at a slower rate than other types of protein. Though eating cottage cheese helps me to increase satiety sensation, improve fat loss and increase muscle gain

Absolutely, sounds perfect! calcium has been proven to help some people sleep. Strangely, its not for everyone. But it is definitely working for you.
