What exactly do I mean by that?
I mean is what you think of freedom is not in fact freedom at all. What are you free to do? Go to jobs to earn money to buy shit you don't really need and are just acquiring because your dead inside and trying to fill that hole?
Sounds a bit dramatic you may say, but think about it! Really think about it! A vast majority of your life is spent getting a job. You 12 plus years going to school to be qualified to get a job. Then you spend how many hours a day at this job? If you are lucky you'll get to only work 40 hours a week and get the weekends of to recover from your job. If you were so happy doing something why is it so many people are always saying TGIF?
Also, it's a minority of the population who get to work 40 hours a week and enjoy weekends with the occasional vacation. It's said how this once great country has collapsed into one of co-dependence. Freedom no longer exists in this country and if you think it does you are a FUCKING DUMBASS!
I'd love to hear people try to explain how they are free?
PS Anarchy is about as dumb as capitalism is.
Capitalism is freedom, but only the successful will admit it.
To prosper financially to the degree that you have a totality of peace of mind is what true freedom is. Anything more than that would be anarchy or an injustice and either one isnt liberating in the least.
Freedom is possible both pragmatically and metaphorically however it is rare. That said, even the least among the citizens of the United States are far closer to freedom that a large portion of the world.

We don't have capitalism at this moment in time. We have a government manipulated economy that's about to crash. If the US Dollar was still backed by gold we may still have freedom, but it's not.

What do you say of a situation where people have no idea what freedom is, they work like elephants cos their whole lives revolve around it, and still cant put a decent meal on the table

The first thing that popped into my mind when I read this is "What do you consider a decent meal?" I won't go down that rabbit hole because what's considered a decent meal by most isn't and does nothing to sustain the human body.
What I say of the situation is how do we wake people up to what's actually going on? That was one of my intentions when I started posting on here is finding a way to wake people up. The reason people need to be woken up is if they don't see a problem they aren't going to do anything to fix it. They will continue plugging away in a system that's broken because it's all they know and think it's the only way.
I'd love to hear more from you and get more people involved in this discussion. Thanks for responding.

Many people barely live for survival. All the work and rat race is toward getting by, to keep body and soul together. unfortunately, despite all work at the expense of freedom, many cant still get a befitting food for their soul. With just alittle education, everyone should know what a decent meal is.It will be hard to awaken people if all they do is living to survive or living for greed. They have to see life beyond struggle and survival. This can lend them a pause to think about freedom. Preoccupation with survival is usually the bane.
