Back Into The Groove...

Good job man! It can be difficult getting back into the grind of things after a break. Once you're in the groove, everything will fall into place overall.

The Hardest things I've done was that was a 8 Mile Spartan Race without much prior training. Granted I love to power lift, and body build, so I did have a base of fitness to go off of. However that race was mostly cardiovascular, and i really didn't train much for it. The race beat the shit out of me. Thanks to mental strength, and my good friend I don't know if I would've of finished the race without those two. It's one of my testaments to the power of the mind.

I've heard a lot about the spartan races recently, I listened to a podcast with David Goggins who ran loads of spartan races, I'd love to try one someday!
Well done for doing it, it is all in the mind I agree with you :)
