Good luck on your quest. As a former smoker, I can attest that it usually takes a smoker several attempts before they quit for good. Quitting and relapsing is better that not trying to quit at all. The last time I quit, I was very mindful of every smoke and kept track of every cigarette until the very last one. It's been over 20 years since my last cigarette.
