What did you do for yourself today?... be truthful with yourself!

Hi Friends,

I hope me speaking with you finds you well! I wanted to follow up since my last post. I spoke about taking time to do something for yourself. I know it can be hard because life is a whirlwind and can easily sweep you away. Did you treat yourself to a good book or a tasty treat? I worked 12 hours and went straight to the gym.... The more I go, the more I become even more confident and feel as though I am on top of the world. I have felt out the gym and its equipment and found machines and workouts that work great for me! Do you have a specific machine you look forward too? I look forward to my 10 minute jog on the treadmill... today I added 5 more minutes! By the time I get to the treadmill, I know my workout is almost complete! I have provided a few photos below containing parts of my workout. ( photos are not perfect, but neither am I)

Nicely written. Everytime we used to lie ourselves that what we are doing is good but some where in the mind we felt guilty.

I see the form shaping up to good, toned muscles. Great job. I commend you on your effort and being an inspiration for all of us. Yes, we must be good to ourselves. Self love is the key. To take the time to take care of "me." I'm no good to anyone if I am not happy and not pursuing my passions. Being true to yourself is the key. From the pictures, I can see that you have taken the time to focus on you and therefore, you are able to give of yourself to others and be their shining light
