congratulations! You two are inspirational, obviously doing something right.

I like those little underground shops and restaurants too. Recently I've had to wonder if some of those sub-sidewalk stores are the result of some kind of big flood or earthquake. We have a few shops like that here on the town square, it's like when the street level rose up with mud, some places were worth digging back out. It might sound crazy, but I've become fascinated with the idea.
