This is Rasinari, from Sibiu county, home of the famous philosopher Emil Cioran (1911-1995). Among of Cioran's best known works are "On the height of despair" and "The trouble of being born".
His writings were proeminently pesimistic, and often described a tormented atmosphere, which he exprienced himself.
