This is What I am Doing For 31 days #31DAYSEARLY

On Sep 4 , I put myself to a new challenge, it is one of the biggest life hacks I will ever try.

The challenge is fairly simple: waking up for 31 days consecutively at 4 30 a.m, A challenge I gave the name as #31daysearly. I am not at all used to waking up early (9 to 11 a.m almost every day), but this time, I wanted to change, before moving to the challenge I would like you to know - the stranger - that I have failed at this for gazillion times.

My idea is to share my progress with the world and try to change someone's life with positive reinforcement, I realized to do that I myself should be stringent with my routines and habits.

I initially choose to do the challenge only on workdays but I extended it to all 31 days, the internet and self-help gurus tell me that a habit is formed naturally only after 21 days, some say after 30, so with utmost safety and confidence, I chose 31 days LOL.

For me waking up early is far more important than anything else right now, I am doing this not only to establish my goal and see whether I succeeded or fail but to change the way I live, change the way I look at life in large.

for a long time now, I have known that I am not at all an early riser, the night owl is who I am, not long ago I came to conclusions that my life is all messed up, so are my sleep cycles , then I heard about how successful people wake up early, of which most of them are either billionaires or CEO's .

I spoke to myself, let's do this, if I cannot be a billionaire or Ceo now, at least Can I Replicate their Habits and feel the same?

This question can only be answered once I try out this challenge, so stay tuned.

My alarm is set for every morning at 03:15 to spend time with GOD.

After a while you get used to it, the getting up early part :-)

Or you can only sleep 4 hours a day and always be up at 4am like me. LOL Yes, I was a CEO and am now retired.

Hello! I am currently looking for motivation to get up early, as I always wake up after 11am, which is horrible, cos I miss most of the day like this.. So I can start the challenge, too! Not at 4:30am of course, but at about 7am should be good for me hhahah

Basically, I had several periods when I was waking early, making tea and breakfast, and I was feeling amazing! But then i stop for no reason and I go back to having no energy for almost anything..

So thanks for the motivation, we can support each other by seeing if we woke up early or overslept! :)

Awesome! I tried those 2 days, and I did kind of wake up early, taking in mind how I was waking at about 2-3pm usually, I woke up at 11am today :)

I get up everyday 3:30 am without an alarm clock. I wish i could sleep more..

you should then make best use of that peaceful time , at this point of time i can say that it's only a miracle :-)

Had a job where I had to be at work at 430am. I got up at 3am those mornings. It got so that even on my days off I was awake by 6am. Now that I'm retired I still wake up by 630am. There are some mornings my wife and I will get up and go to an area park to watch the sun rise. It really is something to see!

This is extremely interesting to me!! I have a very messed up sleep pattern( if u could even call it a pattern!) due to doing shift work. I strongly identify with the night owl tho!!

Cool idea. I am usually up at 5 on work days, but do sleep a bit on my days off. And I nap. Lol!!
