Business, political or personal leadership plays an important role for others that are around them. Not only do leaders inspire, but they provide a vision, of a vision of a better place, a better life, a better environment and improved success. Circled around those responsibilities is hope. Without hope we are hopeless. Leadership has many roles and responsibilities but helping others evolve and grow into more than they currently are is simply a true blessing.
