Contractualization will kill the Filipino Skills!
During the past few years,contractualization and Endo (end of contract) have become two of the hottest and most sensitive topics in my country which is the Philippines!This would be the major problem of the contractual employees that they are facing nowadays.
One of the platform of the newly elected president in my country,Pres.Duterte,is to stop contractualization!He said that contractualization will kill the development of Philippines labor skills.
According to him,that the practice of labor contractualization is fine for developed and stable economies like the United States.And that would be the reason why I vote him.Two thumbs up for you Mr.President!
Endo has a huge negative impact on Filipinos lives.Through this,unjust practice,companies refrain regularizing their workers who have been employed for six months or longer!For me,it would be so hard to evaluate the employee most especially they are doing good to their works.Just like what I did!
Contractualization aggravates poverty and widens the gap between the rich and the poor!!Just correct me if I am wrong.!!
