Hye @christalopez, Your articles are very educational! I agree that body language is one of the most powerful communication tool to sense either that person is confident or not.

I'm also a strong believer that your mind affects your behavior and vice versa. If we act confidently, we'll be confident eventually.

Great guide! Do you have any personal stories to share about emitting confidence through body language? I think people can relate better through stories :)
