委屈了,
抱抱自己,给自己温暖,
听听歌曲,把情绪转移,
可以沉默,可以喝醉,
绝不能在别人面前掉眼泪。
委屈时,不必告诉别人,
每个人的心里都有伤,
谁也不比谁容易,
谁不是一边假装微笑,
一边掩饰伤痕,
别再给人家添麻烦了。
委屈的时候,告诉自己:
吃苦受累没什么,
上当吃亏怕什么,
只要坚强一点,
就没有熬不过的坎,
只要心态乐观,
就一定能解决困难。
委屈了,
一个人知道就好,
千万不要告诉别人,
让在乎你的人担心,
让讨厌你的人窃喜。
委屈时,
别对身边的人发脾气,
你可以闭上眼睛,
睡一个好觉,什么都不想。
一个人静静的待着,
回忆有趣的事情。
当你受到委屈了,
不要吵吵闹闹,不要生气发火。
出去走一走,抬头看看天,
让委屈渐渐的消除,
让泪水慢慢的回收。
我们每个人都有委屈,
委屈积攒太久,就会变成心事。
也许你会闷闷不乐,
也许你会心生抱怨。
不管怎样,
都不要告诉别人,
毕竟这个社会,
心疼你的人太少,笑话你的人太多!
记住了:
有了委屈,自己忍着,
别逢人就说。
这世间没有真的感同身受,
只有冷暖自知。
想要安慰,自己说给自己听,
想要温暖,自己把自己抱住。
