Usually a diary is something that comes in our life during preadolescence, but quickly abandoned. However it is something we should maintain, especially during adulthood and you know why? The simple act of moving on to a role in what "is in the soul" can be very beneficial, not only psychological and spiritual level, but also for our health.

Writing is an excellent way we process certain events and feelings at the same time giving us a new perspective of certain aspects of our life. In a way, it is a way to reflect on the past, present and future and also an excellent way to organize our head.
