This is a continuation of looking at people walking.
Although we take walking for granted, it isn't so easy for everyone... There are some people with handicaps for whom walking can be a real challenge. This man had a problem with his feet and so he had to walk very slowly. One could feel that every step was a conscious effort to move forward. His shoes probably make it easier for him to walk, but it must still be extremely difficult for him which is probably also evident in his expression.
