It's not about the hour you get up, it's about what you do with the hours you are up. High performers don't worry about the clock, they focus on the concept of time and bend it to their will owning their day and controlling their life. the actual hours don't matter how much you achieve within this time is all that counts. i have a friend who is so particular about the amount of hours he spends in the library trying to prepare for that test or examination. what he fails to put into consideration is how much he gains in the space of time, the brain is like every other muscle it gets fatigued when overworked and at this point there is less efficiency. as a person i split my tasks into time specific tasks that must not be passed to another time. this technique has allowed me to utilize my time well while not causing much fatigue to the brain. leaders move by impulse to change not by fear.
