Importance of Relationships for Overall Health and Longevity

Being happy is a precious commodity, but happiness does not come at once. People are often led to believe that they will be happy if they have received a big prize or were given an especially good interview. But real happiness takes time and is not handed to anyone. It can only be gained by taking the time to be happy and by living your life for the right reasons.

The best definition of happiness is found in The Secret. The book defines it as a state of total happiness that is not dependent on any particular outcome. The Secret also says that true happiness is not caused by anything at all, but is a condition of being completely and utterly happy. Being happy is not just about feeling or showing pleasure or contentment. It is about understanding that you are happy.

What exactly does being completely and utterly happy have to do with lowering the risk for heart disease? Well, researchers now know that being happy has a lot to do with your overall health, including your risk for heart disease. Researchers are particularly interested in the link between happiness and negative emotion, such as depression, anger or sadness. In a recent study on over 1 million residents of Finland, people who were significantly happier had a lower rate of chronic disease than those who were not happy.

However, researchers are still looking into what exactly makes people more happy with their lives. Generally speaking, psychologists think that self-esteem, which is tied to self-esteem, plays a vital role. As you can see from the definition above, self-esteem is a feeling or perception about yourself. One thing that is consistent among researchers is that self-esteem tends to be positively correlated with higher self-rated satisfaction and with longer life spans. There is a strong relationship between self-rated satisfaction and positive affect, which is what often associated self-esteem with.

Another factor that seems to relate happiness with life satisfaction is that many people use words such as enjoyment, contentment or even meaning and other root words to describe feeling good about being alive. So, it stands to reason that those who are happier to have a better language at the very least, including words such as happy, enjoyable and content. If you ask someone if they're happy, they will likely tell you that they are, if only somewhat. If you ask someone else the same question, you'll get a different answer.

Being happy isn't just about feelings though. If you want to be really happy, you need to be satisfied with and able to live with your life. Studies indicate that happiness is linked to three key factors - positive emotions, self-esteem and a positive physical environment. Being happy is also linked to your personal relationships, work and financial security. Knowing what these three factors are, and how they relate to your life, can help you learn to be more satisfied with your life and thus happier.

The link between happiness and life satisfaction is also linked to people's perceptions of their lives. For example, people who perceive their lives to be happy are more likely to be happy themselves. If you're happy with your life, you are likely to be happy with your interactions with others. You are also more likely to be happy with the things in your environment. This means that for someone who is truly happy, being with positive people, surrounded by positive emotions, and enjoying their surroundings will lead to a more fulfilling life.

There are numerous studies that show that there is a strong relationship between a person's relationships, overall happiness and their health and longevity. In fact, it has been shown that having a good relationship with spouse and children, friends, neighbors and co-workers is an important component to overall happiness. And, it has also been proven that those who have satisfying, long-lasting relationships are much healthier than those who are not satisfied with their relationships. Thus, keeping an eye on these relationships and managing them well is a great way to keep oneself and one's relationships happy, as well as to improve one's health and longevity.

What causes Erectile Dysfunction?
As men age, they are more likely to experience the signs of Erectile dysfunction, however, it is not a natural part of aging. The core reason for this is that the root causes of ED become more common as a man grows old.
Conditions that cause Erectile Dysfunction include:
• Nerve damage due to nerve injuries or diabetes
• Damage in blood vessels or heart
• High blood pressure
• Depression, anxiety, and stress
• Obesity
• Fatigue
• Excessive use of alcohol and tobacco
• Some medications for other conditions
• Prostate surgery

There are many reasons for erectile dysfunction, so it becomes necessary to find the root cause of your problem.

How can I treat ED?
In most cases, oral medication is the best solution to treat erectile dysfunction. You can use one of the following drugs for treating erectile dysfunction:
Sildenafil/Viagra
Tadalafil/Cialis
Avanafil/Stendra
Vardenafil/Levitra/Staxyn

All these medications give the same results; however, there are a few differences between them. When a man is stimulated sexually, nitric oxide is released; this gas helps in the relaxation of the muscles of the penis. When the muscles relax fully, blood supply to the penis increases, which makes the penis erect.
