the commedian Russel Brand had a very funny sketch on a smiliar topic. he was talking about going on holidays - BUT he could never go on holidays .. from the thoughts in his own head.

    Lol I can totally understand those sentiments I don't vacation well either! Like if its activities cool but as soon as I can sit down and relax and my mind starts to wonder I'm like why are you ruining this moment for me?
