That is a great little sentence or question I suppose. It's funny because that action the person took to write that there will mean and be interpreted differently for the people that take the time to look at it. I think it will possibly provide at least a moment of self-reflection, even if it just flits by unnoticed.

I hope even though life is busier and more frantic than usual, that it is still being good to you. You are wonderful in so many ways, just had to say it.
