Great video effect, and I am glad you are advocating meditation. It helps the Earth evolve one soul at a time~ if more people did this, they would unlock the true power of their pineal glands and transcend into a deeper reality. Terence McKenna dabbed a bit on the effects meditative practices have on consciousness, it seemed that the calmer you became, the closer you became to the entirety of space and time.
