Breath Work Basics: Ujjayi
** relax, and with a light constriction in your throat, inhale and exhale through your nostrils.
This breath is very basic, but VERY POWERFUL. As with anything, the more you do it, the deeper and more expansive it gets.
My recommendation is to practice a minimum of 10 Ujjayi breath cycles each day, perhaps while you lay down to go to sleep at night..
But also to try it throughout the day and feel in to which activities it benefits for you!
