I suppose from a biological standpoint it would be procreation to further the species.
Other than that: helping others, being kind, laughing, enjoying your short time here on Earth, doing your part to leave the world a better place, and of course, 42.

To me, it's just to enjoy my life and the cards I've been dealt as much as possible, and to try and focus on the good. And, I also feel that another part of the meaning of life for me is spending the time I have on this planet with my friends and loved ones as much as possible. Maybe my opinion on that will change over time, but right now I feel like that suits me best :)
