Celebrating women's day in a special way!!!

Today is women's day and coincidentally it was cultural day in my son's school. Remember all work and no play, makes jack a dull boy.

Been a women isn't an easy task.

Coordinating a thousand and one things at the same time, answering many questions at the same time, sacrificing a lot especially my golden sleep for the sake of motherhood.
Several times i've had to take care of my sick kids and i put a call accross to my mother. After doing all she can to calm me, i always praise her because she has over four times the number of kids i have and honestly i can imagine what she passed through.
My mother-in-law is an epitome of love. My elder sisters deserve total respect. I am on this platform because @maryfavour didn't give up on me. I owe my B.Sc in Microbiology to her because she fought tooth and nail to make sure i got admission into the university even at the last minute and now, i've been a graduate for ten years (just like yesterday).
Someday, i will write a special post in respect of every woman in my nuclear family.
I woke up very early this morning to prepare a special dish for my son and my nephew. I also went there with my daughter to celebrate with them and it was superb.

Cultural day celebrants

Surprised about the mark? It's not permanent, it's cultural.

Every tribe had their special dance and we were not exempted. My son (Enyo) is a very good dancer. He watched a clip of their tribal dance and replicated what he saw. We presented our cultural dish and explained in details to all present, how it was prepared. We explained the dress code too and enjoyed every bit of the event.
Remember i love anything cultural.
