É inacreditável, mas a aposentada da foto acima que tem 61 anos… com esse corpinho de 30… ou seria de 20? O nome dela é Adriana Miranda, uma blogueira de São Paulo que pratica musculação cinco vezes por semana, ao lado do marido, no Clube Paulistano, no bairro dos Jardins. Adriana criou um blog com o lema “superando os sinais do tempo” e já tem quase 100 mil seguidores no Instagram.
A blogueira gasta cerca de duas horas e meia de seu dia esculpindo o corpo torneado que conquistou após deixar o emprego como procuradora seis anos atrás. Agora, no auge dos 61 anos, ostenta o título de musa fitness da terceira idade. “Sempre fiz muitos exercícios físicos, mas agora estou treinando mais forte e mais focada na alimentação. Também tenho feito uma dieta regrada”, disse à Marie Claire.
Pela manhã, Adriana ingere ovos cozidos, frutas, tapioca com queijo “sem lactose”, que pode ser substituída por batata doce, um dos itens preferidos do cardápio. “Não como fritura em hipótese alguma”. alerta! As exceções são sobremesas aos fins de semana, mas bem pouquinho. “Doce é minha maior tentação, amo de paixão, mas evito porque quanto mais você come, mais sente vontade”.
2Antes de seguir uma dieta regrada, Adriana não tinha o abdome definido que atualmente ostenta na rede social. O grande vilão era “chutar o pau da barraca” no fim de semana. “Sempre digo que a alimentação é responsável por 80% do resultado, e apesar de já não mais aquela pele [jovial], sinto que meu corpo está melhor hoje”. Adriana começou a mostrar sua vida nas redes sociais depois de ser aconselhada por amigas a abrir um blog para contar como conquistou seu corpo.
1“Elas diziam que eu poderia dar algumas dicas e ajudar outras mulheres, e isto acabou sendo muito bom para mim”, lembrou. “Fico contente quando as pessoas me dizem que estão se cuidando mais graças a mim”. Adriana diz que seguir alguém nas redes sociais tem por objetivo pegar algumas dicas, mas sem se sentir pressionada a ter o mesmo corpo de outra pessoa.“Não tenho essa coisa de querer ficar igual, não vou ter um corpo de 30 anos.
