image A leader is one who inspires, motivates and leads people to accomplish organisational goals or their individual goals.
Are you really ready for leadership position? Ask yourself the following questions :

  • Do you accept responsibilities for yourself?
  • Is it easy for you to accept differing opinions?
  • Are you able to resolve conflicts as they arise?
If so, these are the simple tricks, that will helpyou to develop your leadership skills.
  • Be confident in your dreams.
  • You have to know what you want's going on
    around you.
  • Be fearless.
  • Embrace new ideas and opportunities.
  • Question everything.

In practical life we simply understand the meaning of leader as the person who leads or represent the the group of people having common interests. We saw many people who are acting as leader misusing their position for money and other tangible benefits but we can see good leadership too, they became good example for young leaders. Leadershipis actually a position of faith. But leader is also a
human being. He got feelings, attitude, pains every thing what those people possess. For deciding anything he/she has take a part in fight between personal interests and people's interests all though he/she is a human being, it is obvious that he is greedy of success, money and other enjoyments which is precious because nobody believes in reborn this is the only life you have. Being a leader is like sacrificing your own interests for others.
Which needs tremendous guts.
